• Significant experience in managing the commercial performance of projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC3/4 and other contract frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Commercial Team, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Oversee NEC3/4 and bespoke contract management across multiple contracts.
• Identify Early Warnings and Compensation Events and manage cash forecasts.
