Job summary

Rehlko in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee complex customer agreements, negotiate favorable terms, and provide governance across hyperscale and industrial projects.

You will lead MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs, identify contractual risks, support sales and delivery teams, ensure clear contractual obligations, and mentor the Commercial Assistants as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Significant experience negotiating and administering complex commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contractual risk management and governance.
• Experience negotiating high-value customer contracts and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, negotiation and administration of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs and associated contracts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual, commercial and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support sales, estimating and project delivery teams during tendering and contract award stages.
• Ensure contractual obligations are clearly communicated and understood by operational teams.
• Develop and maintain contract governance processes and controls.
• Support the implementation and management of contract lifecycle management systems.
• Monitor contractual KPIs, service levels and compliance requirements.
• Act as escalation point for disputes, claims and commercial challenges.
• Lead the resolution of customer contra charges and commercial disputes.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide mentoring and development support to Commercial Assistants and wider team.
