Job summary

Enable is seeking a Commercial Manager with strong leadership to guide a commercial team on multi‑million pound projects within the energy connections or broader infrastructure sectors. You will drive commercial strategy, manage risks, and ensure accurate forecasting across portfolios from pre-construction to final accounts.

The role requires proven leadership, a QS degree, and RICS membership, with experience in infrastructure construction and energy connections advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven senior QS/Commercial Manager capability.
• Demonstrated line management and leadership skills.
• Strong commercial and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team from pre-construction to final account across multiple projects.
• Ensure effective administration, reporting, forecasts and proactive contract management.
• Line manage and develop direct reports; represent the Commercial Team externally when required.
