About The Opportunity

Our UK and Continental Europe team is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager who can support the team as part of our design & build projects with key contractor clients. This includes work on transmission system assets, HVDC interconnectors, energy storage systems, inertia systems, wind farms, and advanced facilities for mission-critical industries in the technology and process sectors.

We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery. We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations enabling them to deliver their best work.

Here's what you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, Surveying, or a related field is usually required. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or master's in engineering) can be advantageous.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex electrical transmission projects, with a background in project management or building surveying.
