VINCI Building UK is delivering a £180m student accommodation project at the University of Southampton, with a programme through 2029. The Commercial Manager will lead commercial activities across healthcare, life science or commercial sectors, ensuring effective procurement, cost control and risk management on a high-value UK scheme.

The role requires a Degree in Quantity Surveying, extensive NEC contract knowledge, and proven leadership of commercial teams within large UK Main Contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with large UK main contractors on mid to large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract.
• Proven ability to manage commercial aspects on healthcare, life science or commercial schemes.

• Anticipate and plan commercial resource to meet changing demands.
• Support tendering and pre-contract activities with commercial reporting.
• Procurement of materials and subcontract services per procurement policy.
• Manage cost control, variations, and CVR reporting.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigations.
