Zusammenfassung

Sizewell C is recruiting a Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of major contracts in a large-scale engineering and infrastructure programme in London. You will manage FIDIC/NEC/Bespoke contracts, administer variations and cost reporting, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and senior stakeholders.

The role requires a strong track record in major projects, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor a multidisciplinary team

Qualifikationen

• Experience in major projects and FIDIC or NEC3/4/bespoke contracts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UK contract law and procurement best practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead the commercial management of major contracts within large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and maintain key contract documentation, including variations and claim responses.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and clients, providing clear commercial advice.
• Mentor and develop team members across the commercial function.
• Drive value-driven outcomes while protecting the client’s contractual position.
