Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Commercial Manager to join our Beauty & Personal Care Sales Organization, to drive transformational change to deliver exceptional results on our iconic brands Olay, Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Aussie, Herbal Essences and Old Spice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and Go-To-Market plans for our Beauty Care brands to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key national retail accounts to align on business objectives and ensure mutual success.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights in the UK beauty landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales forecasts, budgets, and promotional strategies.
  • Lead product launches and innovation initiatives within the beauty category.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve business goals.

Job Qualifications

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have meaningful sales or account management experience specifically within the beauty or personal care industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the UK beauty market landscape, including relevant trends and consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine passion for beauty and personal care.
  • Exhibit strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze market data to drive strategic decisions effectively.
  • Have a clear understanding of how to execute successful sales plans with key retailers and manage sales forecasts efficiently.
  • Are highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
  • Hold a valid UK Driving License.
