Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to act as a specialist advisor across commercial, contractual and procurement domains for social housing customers. The role focuses on ensuring robust, compliant commercial arrangements and governance across procurement frameworks.

You will advise on contracts, manage core and bespoke agreements, and support the award of new contracts using JCT, TAC-1/FAC, and related procurement instruments.

The main purpose of the role is to lead the commercial and contract functions cross procurement frameworks and activity. Your day-to-day activities will include ensuring that contractual and commercial arrangements are robust, compliant and aligned to acceptable risk profiles; that responsibilities and liabilities are communicated; advise stakeholders on the drafting of contractual documentation; manage a stock of core contracts and forms, and bespoke agreements; support the award of new contracts and associated governance; utilise specialist subject matter expertise to advise on JCT contracts, RICS consultancy appointments, TAC-1/FAC/similar contracts, material supply & framework contracts, and pre-construction services agreements.
