Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within ourFixed networks team,you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We're on the hunt for a talented, commercially savvy professional to help shape the future of our telecoms business. This role covers the entire contract lifecycle—from pre-award governance and negotiation to post-contract delivery and transformation.
In this role, you'll use your skills and extensive experience to manage and drive complex pre-contract negotiations to awards and successful outcomes. Once contract agreements crystalise,you'll dive into mobilisation activities, ensuring readiness by interpreting contractual obligations, managing changes, and addressing pricing and performance needs. You'll keep an eye on contract compliance, collaborating with teams to manage risks, resolve disputes, and optimise delivery. Leading and supporting contract negotiations will be key, balancing commercial interests with compliance while keeping stakeholders in the loop. Additionally, you'll conduct risk assessments, contract profiling, and pricing analysis to aid governance and decision-making. Driving value through proactive contract management and cross-functional collaboration is essential for success. You'll contribute to business transformation initiatives, improving service delivery, cost efficiency, and scalability. This includes performance reviews, commercial and operational analysis, and capacity planning. Your insights and reporting will inform strategic decisions and support continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role, working closely with senior leaders across the company—from finance and legal to operations and delivery. You'll provide clear advice and strong analysis.

What you'll bring includes deep knowledge of telecoms, utilities, and regulated sectors, experience in managing contracts, leading negotiations, and driving performance, proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Power BI, ability to work well with others, handle change, and understand complex contracts, experience in delivering big projects, improving team workflows, and ensuring smooth service delivery from start to finish, confidence, clear-thinking, and leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of contracts, change management, and relationship-building.
