drnewitt.vincere.io is seeking a commercially driven leader for a profitable own-label food manufacturing business. You will manage existing customers and build long-term partnerships while grooming the next generation of leaders.

The role offers a clear pathway into a director position within a well-backed private group. The position reports to a senior leadership team, with hybrid working across Bristol/Somerset and salary circa £75k plus car allowance, bonus, health and pension benefits.

Would you like to join a business in on trend own label food manufacturing supplying a broad range of grocery retailers?

Are you looking for a role with a pathway into a director role?

As a profitable part of a large privately owned group this business is strongly backed and able to pursue long term strategic business and partnerships.

They manufacture premium quality own label product for grocery retail as well as some other customer segments, this role will manage existing customers and is well suited to a long term partnership relationship builder.

It will manage 2 team members so you must be both a leader and a manager and be interested in developing people.

Salary package negotiable circa £75k + car allowance + bonus + health + pension.

Hybrid working, likely 2 days most weeks in Bristol / Somerset area.
