Arguile is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to own supplier and contract relationships for telecoms infrastructure in Reading, with hybrid working. You will lead tendering, contracting and in-life management with outsourced IT suppliers.

You will negotiate complex frameworks, model licence costs, and present to senior stakeholders while leading a small team. Buyer-side experience and strong financial acumen are essential.

Nice-to-have: MCIPS or law degree; telecoms background.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
• Reading office 2 days a week (Wednesday anchor).

Senior Commercial Manager | Telecoms Infrastructure | Reading (hybrid) | Up to £85k + car allowance + bonus

I'm recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading UK telecoms infrastructure business, owning the commercial relationship with its outsourced IT suppliers.

This is a buyer-side role. You'll manage suppliers across enterprise IT, corporate IT and indirect spend, from tender through to contract, in-life performance and exit.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning supplier and contract management for outsourced suppliers on complex enterprise IT and managed services
• Running the full lifecycle: tendering, contracting, in-life management and exit
• Negotiating complex frameworks with limited legal support
• Modelling licence costs and challenging supplier change request pricing
• Presenting to senior stakeholders and managing a small team

What I'm looking for:

• Supplier and contract management experience from the buying side, ideally managing IT or managed services suppliers
• Strong financial acumen and a sound understanding of contract law
• Experience managing people and working with senior stakeholders
• Self-driven, comfortable working independently
• Happy to be in the Reading office 2 days a week (Wednesday is the anchor day)

Nice to have: MCIPS or a law degree, joint venture experience, or a telecoms background.
