You’ll lead the Commercial division, oversee five quantity surveyors and an assistant, manage the division P&L, and drive growth. Projects range from £5m to £30m across London and the South East; the role offers £90k–£105k plus a £10k+ bonus, healthcare and pension.

A leading building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and Hertfordhire seeking a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Manager to join their team.

The Commercial Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new build bespoke hosues. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

Commercial Manager Role

You’ll take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 5 quantity surveyors and an assistant you’ll be responsible for overseeing the division, Profit and Loss and supporting the new generation.

Projects range from £5 million to £30 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East has to offer.
