Qualifications

• Established Commercial Litigation Partner or senior lawyer with case for partnership.
• Extensive experience handling complex commercial disputes.
• Strong technical expertise across contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes.
• Proven ability to manage demanding litigation and develop strategy.
• Commercially astute with understanding of business implications.
• Track record of business development and generating new work.
• Ambitious and collaborative, with ability to grow a disputes practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on complex commercial disputes.
• Handle high-value, multi-jurisdictional litigation incl. contracts, shareholder/partnership disputes.
• Manage disputes from pre-action strategy through to trial and enforcement.
• Advise on ADR, mediation and arbitration for commercially sensible outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership on risk and litigation strategy.
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the growth of the disputes practice.
