You will join Clarke Willmott LLP in Southampton as an Associate/Senior Associate in our Commercial Litigation team. You will manage a varied caseload, including contract disputes, professional negligence, and shareholder disputes, while supporting Partners on complex claims.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years post-qualified experience in Commercial Litigation.
• Proactive and flexible, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong written and oral communication; deliver excellent client service.
• Driven, ambitious with initiative and pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload across the range of commercial litigation.
• Support Partners on more complex and large-scale claims.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Comply with information security and firm policies.
