Reporting to the Commercial Deputy Director, you will build capability in a small team, work with Finance, PMO, Legal and Technical, ensure governance and value for money, and deliver high‑profile infrastructure programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading commercial programmes
• Experience delivering procurement strategies for major infrastructure
• Strong ability to negotiate high‑value contracts and manage vendors
