Atomic Weapons Establishment in Reading, Berkshire, seeks a Commercial Lead for Major Estates and Infrastructure to shape commercial delivery across a high-value estate portfolio. You will steer four Principal Contract Managers and collaborate with senior leaders to influence investment, risk and renewal decisions.

You will drive commercial strategy, govern contractual performance and lead negotiations with strategic suppliers to ensure delivery of critical infrastructure and utilities programs.

Competenze

• Experience leading commercial teams in large-scale infrastructure or estates portfolios.
• Proven ability to develop commercial strategy and maximise value across complex programmes.
• Strong governance, risk and contract management capabilities.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and strategic suppliers at executive level.

• Set the commercial direction and performance expectations for a major Estates & Liabilities portfolio.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise value and manage risk.
• Provide robust oversight of contract obligations, performance measures, change management and governance.
• Partner with engineering, operations and programme leaders to translate priorities into deliverable commercial plans.
• Lead complex negotiations and strategic commercial decisions with major suppliers.
• Lead and develop the capability of the commercial organisation led by four Principal Contract Managers.
