Job summary

Atomic Weapons Establishment is seeking a Principal Commercial Performance, Insights & Reporting Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic commercial insights that drive value and decision-making across Commercial. The role oversees performance measurement, KPIs and analytics to improve outcomes and supports reporting to governance bodies.

The position requires advanced data analysis, strong stakeholder management and a track record of leading commercial performance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Proven professional experience in a Procurement/Commercial function.
• Experience leading teams of data insights and reporting specialists.
• Experience designing and managing commercial performance frameworks.
• Familiarity with commercial governance structures and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Commercial performance, insights and reporting strategy.
• Build and maintain a fit-for-purpose commercial performance reporting catalogue.
• Ensure data integrity and provide insight to inform strategy and decision-making.
