QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer for a fully remote role, offering exposure to diverse commercial matters and direct client contact. You will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including technology, procurement and outsourcing agreements, advising on risk and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Exposure to technology contracts, IT, procurement or outsourcing matters.
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to legal advice.
• Ability to manage matters independently and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the flexibility to work across different businesses and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.
• Work across a range of commercial matters including contracts, tech, procurement and data/IP.
