QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer for a fully remote role across the UK. The successful candidate will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and technology-related matters, maintaining direct client contact and delivering commercially minded solutions.

You'll draft and negotiate agreements across IT, procurement and outsourcing while managing matters independently and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Exposure to technology contracts, IT, procurement or outsourcing matters.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded approach to legal advice.
• Ability to manage matters independently and build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to work across different businesses and sectors.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice from instruction through to completion.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Advise on technology contracts, IT, procurement and outsourcing matters.
• Support clients with day-to-day commercial issues and business priorities.
• Autonomously manage workload and build client relationships.
