Bevan Brittan LLP in Leeds is seeking an experienced Commercial IT Associate or Senior Associate to join our Commercial IT/IP team. You will advise on a broad range of commercial/ICT contracts and outsourcing arrangements for public and private sector clients, with a focus on technology licensing, SaaS, AI and digital transformation.

The role offers exposure to high-profile projects, supervision of junior members, and flexible hybrid working.

Formación

Minimum of 6 years PQE
Qualified solicitor with proficiency in commercial/IT law
Experience drafting and negotiating IT contracts and large-scale technology projects
Experience supervising junior team members
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
Interest in technology and AI with a proactive mindset
Experience advising in the public sector is advantageous

Responsabilidades

Advise on a wide range of commercial, technology and IT matters including licensing, SaaS and outsourcing
Work with public sector bodies and private sector clients across health, housing and local government
Supervise junior team members and collaborate with other partners
Provide practical, commercial legal advice aligned with client requirements and regulatory landscapes
