Job summary

Bevan Brittan LLP is seeking an experienced Commercial IT Associate/Senior Associate to join its Commercial IT/IP team. You will advise on technology licensing, SaaS, AI, and complex IT transactions for public and private sector clients, with significant client contact from day one.

You will work within a growing team led by partners, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to strategic growth while developing cross‑practice collaborations. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years PQE as a solicitor.
• Experience drafting and negotiating IT/ commercial contracts.
• Ability to manage large technology transformation projects.
• Experience with public sector templates is a plus.

Responsibilities
