Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Established London Market relationships with a drive to develop strategic ties.
• Ability to inspire, influence and challenge teams toward best-in-class propositions.
• Aptitude for analyzing risk, evaluating solutions, and setting strategic direction.
• Experience with non-conventional program structures, such as alternative risk transfer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep, long-lasting relationships with customers and London Market brokers as the primary Zurich contact.
• Set and deliver strategic direction for assigned customers and growth opportunities.
• Lead the Zurich team across Underwriting, Claims, Risk Engineering to offer Zurich’s full product suite.
• Determine appetite, allocate resources, and appoint teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Set attack and defence plans and lead Deal Teams for opportunities.
• Finish design and negotiation of each deal with customers and brokers within agreed timeframes.
• Support growth lines of business by developing plans and opportunities.
• Maintain a strong presence with London Market global brokers.
