• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and business risks.
• Experience growing an existing client portfolio and generating new business.
• Confident negotiating with insurers and presenting solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for client renewals, ensuring appropriate cover and competitive terms are secured.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and identifying additional client requirements.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure appropriate cover and competitive premiums.
• Attend client meetings and conduct regular account reviews.
• Work closely with Account Handlers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service.
• Maintain a strong understanding of clients' businesses, risks and changing insurance requirements.
