Cartisian Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales, business development and marketing functions, driving revenue growth through data-led decision making and high-performing teams.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape and deliver the commercial strategy for a well-established, ambitious business and partner with senior leaders to unlock new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth.
• Lead and develop the inbound sales, business development and marketing teams.
• Improve lead generation, conversion rates and pipeline performance across all acquisition channels.
• Create a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Use commercial insight, CRM data and reporting to drive informed business decisions.
• Develop accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and performance reporting.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to identify new commercial opportunities and improve profitability.
