Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven experience in commercial finance and finance business partnering.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior Finance Business Partner providing commercial challenge and insight.
- Partner senior stakeholders on operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop understanding of profitability and key commercial drivers.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning.
- Translate trends, risks and opportunities into recommendations.
- Produce insightful management information and performance reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives with robust financial analysis.
- Improve data use and analytics for actionable insight.
- Develop the wider commercial finance capability across the organisation.
