Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business based near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next exciting growth phase. This is an incredible opportunity to join a company that values its staff highly.

THE ROLE

• Serve as a finance business partner collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency, managing the business unit P&L, and ensuring alignment.
• Partner with agency leadership to develop accurate full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to provide variance analysis.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team to address financial concerns such as overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support the creation of PowerBI dashboards to clarify forecasts and budgets for Executive Leadership.
• Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control strategies.
• Co-lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
• Prepare and present a monthly management information pack, including P&L performance, debt summaries, and escalation reports.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior agency teams regularly.
• Work with business leads to maintain or improve profitability.
• Assist with contract management, including reviewing contracts, assessing scopes, analyzing timesheets, and preparing fee proposals.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new clients, including credit insurance and system integration.
• Provide guidance and leadership to two direct reports.
