Job Description:

We’re looking for you to join us as a Senior Finance and Commercial Business Partner, being a key leader in our senior eFulfilment team. You’ll be a customer-facing finance partner, supporting our growth agenda while maintaining strong financial controls.

You’ll support new and existing business opportunities at our Rockingham shared site, onboard new customers, manage customer relations, and support BAU activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational stakeholders to meet budget and profitability targets across multiple contracts.
• Manage full financial control for P&L and balance sheet, ensuring compliance and successful onboarding of new contracts.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis regularly.
• Lead contract negotiations and serve as the lead Commercial role in negotiations.
• Present financial insights in customer meetings and reviews.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and develop performance models.
• Lead the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and align with company expectations.
• Build and develop the finance team for capability and succession planning.
• Own KPI reporting and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid 6-month FTC with up to 3 days/week in Rockingham, Corby.

What you will bring:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with strong financial and commercial experience.
• Excellent finance business partnering skills, proactive, energetic, and committed.
