Job summary

At Atlassian, a Senior Commercial Counsel is sought to support our enterprise sales and commercial transactions across EMEA with flexibility to support other GEOs. You will draft and negotiate a range of customer and partner agreements, partnering with sales and business teams to balance risk and commercial outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong contract negotiation, practical business-minded guidance, and collaboration across legal and cross-functional teams in a remote, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience handling B2B contract negotiations in SaaS/tech.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and international regions.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate enterprise cloud and license agreements for Atlassian's products and services.
• Review andRespond to requests from current and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales, privacy, risk/compliance, security, finance and product teams to improve contracts and processes.
