Job summary

Kingsley Green Recruitment seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel to support its Services & Solutions business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role is remote with hybrid London/Amsterdam exposure, and involves leading complex, multi-country technology and services transactions.

You will work closely with sales, commercial, finance and delivery teams, negotiating and closing high-value deals while advising on commercial risk and governance considerations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience negotiating complex, multi-country technology contracts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for enterprise technology and services.
• Experience partnering with sales and commercial teams in global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal workstream for multi-country services transactions through to execution.
• Negotiate with customers and counterparties to structure commercially viable deals.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial, finance and delivery teams across regions.
• Provide pragmatic advice on commercial, regulatory and contractual risk.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and contracting tools for the Services & Solutions business.
• Coordinate with internal experts and external counsel as needed.
