You will advise on a broad range of business-critical agreements across sectors, including technology and SaaS matters, delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
• Experience advising on a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Exposure to IT, technology, software licensing or SaaS agreements would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and a solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advising on customer and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, framework agreements and outsourcing arrangements.
• Supporting clients with strategic commercial projects and risk management matters.
• Advising on technology, software licensing and SaaS agreements.
• Working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Building and developing long-term client relationships.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
