What’s the role?

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst Lead to come in and be at the forefront of our e-commerce business. You will be key in giving commercial support and direction to various areas within the e-commerce team ensuring that the business remains on course to deliver on our Gross Revenue Budget.

You will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce in establishing and delivering the strategic and commercial plan for the distribution businesses. In addition, you will also support the CCO on global projects to shape and deliver CAVU's ambitious growth targets and strategic change.

We want someone who is able to lead the analytical output of the commercial team, ensuring it is of the highest standard while teaching and influencing on best practice approaches and skillsets to the immediate team.

About You:

  1. Be able to own, plan, and build sophisticated P&L business plan budgets at an airport level for 5 years and beyond for a minimum of 5 businesses.
  2. Understand key drivers of revenue and profitability, supporting the commercial team with trend forecasts for opportunities or changes in direction.
  3. Be confident and capable of leading a regular process to review and work collaboratively with business development to ensure delivery of the opportunities.
  4. You will have an advanced understanding of Power BI and managing complex datasets.
  5. Be an expert in interpreting data.
  6. Be able to identify patterns and trends in data to diagnose problems or quantify the size or risk of an opportunity.
