We're hiring exclusively for a leading FTSE 100 brand! Help steer the B2B commercial engine behind one of the UK’s most recognized hospitality brands.

We’re seeking a Senior B2B Analyst to join a dynamic sales operations team. This isn’t a role for just crunching spreadsheets in isolation.

This position involves uncovering actionable insights across our direct and indirect B2B channels, including corporate accounts, group bookings, travel management companies, and online travel agents like Expedia.

You’ll work closely with sales leadership to:

  • Set and monitor sales targets and incentive schemes.
  • Identify trends and analyze customer performance (growth, decline, and reasons).
  • Support commercial initiatives when performance drops.
  • Develop monthly insight reports for senior stakeholders, including the Sales & Distribution Director.

This is a high-impact role vital to the success of a large commercial team. You need to be sharp, numerate, and able to clearly communicate your insights, as your work directly influences sales strategies and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards and custom reports.
  • Utilize SQL for deeper data analysis when necessary.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses on customer segments, industry trends, and trading performance.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide comprehensive insights beyond just numbers.
  • Assist in performance reviews of sales managers to identify gaps or underperformance.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, potentially including C-suite executives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in a numerical or analytical field (e.g., Maths, Engineering, Economics, Data Science).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an analyst role, either agency-side or client-side.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools, with experience building dashboards.
  • Practical SQL skills for data querying; comfort with data sets is essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness and curiosity to identify patterns and investigate causes.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical insights clearly.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, retail, or logistics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint to craft compelling data stories.
