We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Senior Commercial Analyst to join their dynamic portfolio management teams. This is a crucial role focused on maximizing the commercial performance and long-term value of high-profile property assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth commercial analysis, strategic insights, and recommendations to inform key investment and asset management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed commercial analysis of property assets within the London portfolio, including financial performance, lease terms, market trends, and risk assessments.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess asset value.
Provide strategic commercial advice and recommendations to portfolio managers and senior leadership on asset management strategies, leasing initiatives, and development opportunities.
Analyse lease agreements, identify key commercial terms, and ensure compliance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors impacting the London property market.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, including asset management, property management, and finance, as well as external advisors.
Identify opportunities for value enhancement and cost optimization across the portfolio.
Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions and disposals.
