Arla invites an experienced Commerce Media Activation Lead to join The Barn at our Leeds Head Office. You’ll shaping activation across retailer channels, translating commercial strategies into actionable plans and guiding a team of digital media buyers.

Based in the UK, you’ll support Netherlands Ecommerce and connect with Arla’s global media community. You’ll bring senior knowledge of Epsilon Ads and Criteo, strong retailer ecommerce experience, and a proactive, data-driven mindset to optimise

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in commerce media activation.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and own commerce biddable media activation strategy with SKU prioritisation.
• Define and implement measurement frameworks with cross-functional teams.
• Develop optimisation framework using trend and campaign data.
• Oversee campaign setup across platforms like Epsilon Ads, Amazon, Skai.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Sales, Brand teams across markets.
