Job summary

Arla is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to join The Barn at our Leeds head office, supporting iconic UK brands with impactful digital campaigns across biddable media channels. You will work within Arla’s in‑house agency and collaborate with a global digital team to drive growth.

You will set up and optimise PPC activity on Citrus Ads, Amazon and Skaii, and provide performance insights to Ecommerce, Shopper Marketing and Brand teams to inform future activations.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital performance campaign development and execution.
• Hands-on expertise in PPC campaigns and ability to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Solid understanding of the digital media landscape and key advertising channels.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and communicate performance insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage campaigns on platforms such as Citrus Ads, Amazon, Skaii, and other retailer ecommerce sites.
• Optimise activity to drive consumer conversion and brand engagement, providing performance updates and insights.
• Support ecommerce, shopper, and digital teams with future plans and activations.
• Provide insights to the wider business on industry trends and future innovations across retailer sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across local and global teams.
