Job summary

Arla leads a pivotal commerce media activation role at The Barn, its in-house agency, based at the Leeds head office. The role directs biddable media strategy across retailers and platforms, aligning with Sales and Ecommerce to translate strategy into active campaigns.

You will drive activation priorities, measurement, and optimisations, collaborating with global teams while supporting Netherlands-based Ecommerce growth.

Qualifications

• Senior-level knowledge of Ad Tech platforms (Epsilon Ads, Citrus Ads) and Criteo.
• Experience with retailer ecommerce sites such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Asda, Morrisons, Amazon.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to translate insights into activation plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and own Arla's commerce biddable media activation strategy.
• Co-create performance measurement frameworks and provide actionable insights.
• Develop an optimisation framework using trend and campaign data to improve performance.
• Oversee campaign setup and management across retailer sites and ad platforms.
• Partner with Ecommerce, Shopper, Brand, Digital and Sales teams across markets.
