Job summary

The post is ideally suited to an experienced endoscopist who will work across endoscopy and outpatient services, provide clinics for cancer and benign patients, and cover colleagues when needed.

Qualifications

• Experienced endoscopist with nurse background.
• Bowel Cancer Screening Programme Scopist training required.

Responsibilities

• Work in endoscopy and outpatients on a Trust-wide basis.
• Provide Trust-wide outpatient clinics for cancer/benign patients.
• Provide cover for colleagues within own clinical expertise.
• Collaborate closely with the MDT.
• Contribute to core specialist endoscopists training for nurses and medical staff (JAG guidelines).
