Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is seeking an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager to lead and develop the Spa & Wellness team, ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role covers rostering, staff coaching, revenue growth through treatments and retail, and collaboration on sales initiatives, while upholding safety, cleanliness and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and daily operation of the Spa & Wellness department.
• Lead, coach and develop Spa Concierge, Attendants and Therapists.
• Manage rotas, employee relations matters and departmental training.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolution of guest concerns.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and maximise treatment and retail revenue.
• Support the delivery of sales, marketing initiatives and monthly KPIs.
• Monitor departmental financial performance, reporting and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and compliance.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control and ordering processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty for the Spa & Wellness department when required.

As an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

As an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
