You will mentor peers, drive CSI across workflows, and ensure compliant, secure remediation with cross‑vendor environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in network engineering, technical support, or incident management.
• 5+ years diagnosing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise networking (Routing, Switching, Security).
• Experience applying AI tools / LLMs to technical workflows like log analysis or incident triage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for network incidents and prioritise by severity.
• Manage all technical cases to resolution with proactive communication.
• Provide incident management for high-severity tickets and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Cisco TAC for unresolved incidents and test solutions in labs.
• Prepare data de-sensitisation for secure transfer to global Cisco teams.
