Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in CNC setting, operating and programming roles.
• Experience with multi-axis mills (3–5 axes) preferred.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities; able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Load materials, install tools, fixtures and workpieces into CNC machines.
• Adjust speeds, feeds and tolerances for optimal performance.
• Read drawings, 3D models and job orders to write or debug CNC programs.
• Test and refine programs to minimise cycle times and waste.
• Operate CNC machines and perform in-process inspections.
• Document setups, programs and production data for traceability.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to review requirements and drive improvements.
