You will translate complex data into clear narratives for issuers and investors, engage stakeholders, and uphold strict data governance and methodological standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading CMBS credit analysis and portfolio surveillance.
• Proven ability to translate data into market narratives for issuers and investors.
• Comfort with using generative AI to accelerate research while ensuring validation and governance.

• Act as senior reference for junior analysts; coach on CMBS credit fundamentals, financial modeling, data quality, and responsible AI use.
• Deliver end-to-end analytical execution across a CMBS portfolio, including new transactions and surveillance.
• Translate analysis into market-facing narratives for issuers and investors; build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain strict adherence to methodology, confidentiality and data governance; elevate emerging risks and govern AI use.
