Job summary

Moody's Analytics seeks a senior leader to advance AI model risk management and governance across global credit rating activities. You will evaluate AI-enabled tools, agents, and quantitative models with hands-on assessment of inputs, assumptions, and performance.

You will design validation analyses, own end-to-end validation outputs, and drive rigorous risk controls while mentoring the team and promoting responsible AI adoption within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in AI, ML, analytics, or risk.
• Hands-on capability in agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Proven track record in model risk governance and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent evaluation of AI-enabled tools, agents, and models used in credit rating.
• Own validation outputs end-to-end including test plans and reports.
• Design complex validation analyses with replication, sensitivity, benchmarking.
• Promote independence between development and review and advance risk governance.
