Job summary

CoreWeave, the Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer III to empower clients using our Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud.

You will operate in a 24/7/365 environment with 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time, collaborating with engineers and researchers to troubleshoot mission-critical AI workloads, act as a technical escalation point, mentor teammates, and refine playbooks for swift, high-touch support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud support, systems administration, or tech support engineering.
• Hands-on Kubernetes administration and containerised environments.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, networking, load balancing, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting AI training workloads on Kubernetes HPC cloud.
• Mentor team members and deliver technical training.
• Perform ticket QA reviews and refine support playbooks.
• Maintain high-touch support communications and strict SLAs.
