Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Management of technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions on cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI, etc).
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of 40 Solutions Architects with audited customer experience quality and succession planning.
• Drive transformational outcomes for financial services by architecting and implementing cloud solutions at scale.
• Represent AWS in the UK & Ireland, building strategic relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Align team priorities to organizational goals and establish scalable processes for execution and risk management.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence service roadmaps based on customer feedback.
