Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS-based solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives. You will lead techncial guidance, ensure best practices, and drive customer success throughout the cloud journey.

You will architect complex, scalable, and secure architectures while collaborating with stakeholders on migration strategies, risk management, and ongoing optimization to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience as a technical specialist in design and architecture.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and implementation experience.
• 3+ years designing NLP/NLU solutions in enterprise contact centers.
• 3+ years hands-on coding with REST APIs and integration of multiple contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts to share knowledge within the team.
