Job summary

Babble Cloud Ltd is seeking a Cloud Services Engineer to manage and improve our cloud services, focusing on Microsoft Azure and 365. In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring our cloud environment is secure, reliable, and cost-effective.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations, strong expertise in Azure, and a background in networking. This position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a hands-on Cloud, Infrastructure Engineering, or IT Operations role.
• Demonstrable practical expertise in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong background in networking, ideally Cisco Meraki.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure services to agreed standards.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for cloud services incidents.
• Own the ongoing evolution of the cloud services estate.
• Ensure network and cloud service incidents are resolved.
• Provide senior-level support for Microsoft 365 services.
