Job summary

Qualifications

• Foundations in CS fundamentals through experience or education.
• Proficiency in high-level languages with emphasis on Swift and server-side languages.
• Experience building and evolving reliable services at scale.
• Commitment to comprehensive testing and CI/CD practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Unix-like operating systems.
• Experience with code review and collaborative development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing and building a new generation of iCloud Platform services.
• Work on privacy-preserving cloud infrastructure and media processing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Apple to deliver scalable, secure features.
• Participate in CI/CD, observability, and SLOs for mature services.
• Independently solve complex problems and mentor others as needed.
