Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is hiring a Senior Cloud Reliability Engineer to own highly available, cloud-native production environments. You will work across AWS and Kubernetes with SRE practices, automation, observability, incident management, and direct engagement with enterprise customers.

You will drive improvements, challenge current approaches, and help scale reliability, security, and operational maturity of the platform in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Senior-level hands-on AWS expertise and ability to design, troubleshoot, and improve AWS architectures.
• Strong production Kubernetes experience, ideally with Amazon EKS.
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Proven on-call incident ownership and postmortem remediation.
• Proficient in observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Hands-on scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and operational health of production AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and own high-severity incidents from detection to resolution.
• Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews with permanent corrective actions.
• Identify weaknesses and implement improvements for security, scalability, and performance.
• Automate provisioning and workflows using Terraform and configuration management tools.
• Improve deployment and GitOps with Argo CD and related tooling.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and engineering teams on reliability initiatives.
