Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Senior Platform & Reliability Production Engineer – Audience Measurement in Cambridge. You will build and run scalable cloud-based data pipelines and production systems, with a focus on reliability and performance.

The role blends infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, and close collaboration with data scientists and engineers. You will participate in on-call duties and drive platform improvements while ensuring secure, compliant, and robust operations for high-profile

Qualifications

• Extensive experience deploying on GCP and AWS in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of IaC and automation using Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and data workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL and scripting with Python or Bash; Unix/Linux familiarity.
• Familiarity with Argo Workflows and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS.
• Design, write and deploy infrastructure using IaC tools.
• Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Create and monitor data ingestion and delivery pipelines with Argo Workflows.
• Monitor system health, perform root cause analyses, and support incidents.
• Propose improvements and collaborate with data scientists and engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service availability.
