Job summary

Catapult in London is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to shape our next-generation cloud platform that unifies video assets, wearable data and athlete information to drive performance insights.

Based in our London office, you will design, build, test and operate scalable infrastructure, champion secure devops practices, and collaborate with product, security and data teams to deliver a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, Platform or Infrastructure engineering with leadership.
• Deep AWS expertise and strong security/compliance practices.
• Strong background in IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural roadmap and governance for Catapult's global cloud platform.
• Design, build and maintain IaC via Terraform and Ansible.
• Create logging, monitoring, alerting and SLO/SLI frameworks.
• Oversee secure, compliant CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Lead Serverless, containerization, and cloud-native modernization efforts.
